Message	I grew up down the street from Dale Boat, either a cousin or a brother. I remember going to Mansanita Speed way when I was very young to watch Dale race Dwarf cars and Billy race sprint cars. They are both really nice guys. I dont remember much more than that is was 20 years ago.
